The Pecan Stream brand offers great value through a range from red to white. The wines have been styled to offer good fruit and balance with lingering finish – ideally suited to food.  Pecan Stream was first released in 1999 with a Chenin Blanc and a red blend. The range has been expanded to include a low alcohol blush wine named Rose-Mary and a Sauvignon Blanc.  Dark chocolate and vanilla aromas, giving way to dark berry fruit.  Slightly smoky. Well balanced with soft, well integrated tannin structure.

Warwick First Lady

The wine has a deep and intense ruby red colour. The nose reveals lots of red berries and sweet black currents, complemented by sweet vanilla and chocolate oak background and pleasant herbal undertones. The smooth, ripe, round tannins make this wine easy to drink while still retaining a full body. The balanced acid creates a firm finish that is complemented by a lingering sweetness.

Only the healthiest grape are selected and fermented in tanks until dry to create a dark, ruby red, full-bodied wine with complex flavours of blackcurrant fruit and herbs that is well balanced with the tannins and soft oak flavours. Deep ruby in colour with a crimson hue, the wine is big and bold yet surprisingly soft on the palate. Aromatic plum, mint, chocolate and vanilla on the nose are a delightful departure from traditional Pinotage. Rich, seductive flavours of mocha and mulberry show with ripe, spicy blackberry and chocolate on the palate.

There are also scents of “fynbos”, the natural vegetation on the farm.
